When you call, WhatsApp or submit a form, R1 Detective Agency may collect your name, phone number, city, case type and message — only to contact you and run your investigation lawfully.

• We do not sell, rent or trade enquiry details to marketers or third parties.
• Website forms are processed via a secure form provider; messages may also open on WhatsApp at your request.
• Case files are shared only with assigned investigators on a need-to-know basis.
• You may request deletion of enquiry records after case closure — ask on WhatsApp or call.
• We do not knowingly collect data from minors for investigation services.
• Payment references and ID details (when required) are used only for verification and accounting — never for marketing.

By hiring R1 Detective Agency you agree to these terms. They protect both sides — clear money rules, clear work rules, clear delivery rules.

Payment & booking

• 50% advance is mandatory to lock dates, travel and investigator assignment.
• Quotes are given in writing (WhatsApp / note) before paid work begins — no silent fee inflation mid-case.
• Travel, city coverage and special equipment (if any) are disclosed in the quote.
• Remaining balance must clear before release of the final protected evidence pack.

Scope & client duty

• You confirm that the enquiry is for a lawful personal, matrimonial or corporate purpose.
• You provide accurate facts; false instructions may pause or cancel the engagement.
• R1 may decline or exit matters that appear unlawful, harmful or outside our licence and methods.
• Timelines depend on subject movement, city logistics and access — we update you, we do not invent results.

Dispute pathway (professional language)

• Concerns are first handled by our desk — call or WhatsApp for a formal review.
• Unresolved commercial disputes may proceed under applicable Indian law and competent courts in New Delhi, after good-faith discussion.
• We do not use threatening language. We use process: review → written reply → lawful remedy if required.

Refunds are handled case-by-case with written clarity. The advance is a booking and mobilisation fee — not a free hold.

• Before field start: If you cancel after payment but before any investigator is deployed, a partial refund may apply after deducting verification, planning and admin costs (communicated in writing).
• After deployment begins: Costs already spent on travel, surveillance hours, cover ops and partner desks are non-refundable.
• If R1 declines a case during room verification for legal / policy reasons, unused advance (minus verified admin cost, if any) is returned as agreed.
• Completed work: Once the sealed evidence pack is delivered as scoped, fees for that scope are final.
• Refund timelines (when approved) are shared on WhatsApp with payment reference — typically within the banking window we confirm.

Discretion is the product. Your partner, family, employer or the subject of an investigation will not learn that you contacted R1 unless you instruct us otherwise.

• Anonymous first calls and WhatsApp chats are welcome.
• Field teams use cover protocols so subjects are not tipped off.
• Reports are delivered only to the authorised client channel.
• We never post case details, photos or client names publicly.
• Staff and partner investigators are bound to need-to-know access only.

After case work is complete and the balance is cleared, you receive a sealed delivery pack — not loose screenshots on an open chat.

• PDF report — timelines, findings, photo/video indexes and investigator notes in a structured, print-ready format.
• ZIP media pack — supporting stills / clips where applicable, packaged under protection.
• Court-oriented certificate / covering note — where requested and appropriate, a formal attestation accompanies the pack for advocate / court submission support (subject to lawful use and case facts).
• Data validity — delivery notes the case ID, date of compilation and validity window for the sealed pack (how long we retain / can re-issue under protection). Re-issue of lost files may need fresh security verification.
• Open, unprotected bulk dumps are avoided for high-sensitivity matters.

For high-sensitivity or high-risk cases (complex matrimonial disputes, corporate integrity, multi-city surveillance, court-bound evidence), R1 requires security verification before release of the full protected pack.

• Identity / mandate confirmation of the authorised recipient.
• Verified delivery channel (registered WhatsApp / email / in-person handoff as agreed).
• Optional dual-step password release for PDF / ZIP.
• Court certificate and validity statement included when the matter is destined for legal counsel.
• If verification fails or a third party attempts access, delivery is paused until the authorised client confirms.

This is not bureaucracy for its own sake — it is how we keep your evidence from walking into the wrong hands.

R1 conducts private investigations using methods permitted under Indian law. We do not offer hacking, illegal interception, or any activity that violates statute.

• Acceptable use: lawful personal, matrimonial and corporate fact-finding only.
• Evidence for counsel: packs can be prepared for advocate / court use where appropriate, with certificate and validity where requested.
• No harmful mandates: we refuse instructions that appear illegal, stalking-oriented outside law, or intended to harass.
• Licence & conduct: work aligns with our private investigation licence and internal quality desk (ISO-aligned processes where applicable).
• Website & communications: content is informational; a formal engagement starts only after quote + advance + room verification.
• Force majeure: delays from weather, civic restrictions, subject disappearance or safety holds are communicated promptly; scope may be rescheduled, not invented.
